How’s Your 2019 going to end?
What’s new for 2020 that will make it better than 2019?
It’s not too late. It’s never too late. But, you have to get real. You have to identify what you’ve been doing in 2019 that you don’t want to repeat in 2020. Including…
Jumping from program to program (free or paid) looking for the “secret to success” and now you’re stuck and more confused than ever about what to do next.
Finally admitting that you don’t know what you don’t know and can’t figure out where to turn to for genuine support and guidance.
Ending a relationship with the mind game gremlins who are making you overthink each step and question your value and worth as an amazing coach or consultant!
A brand new decade.
And you’re ready to finally create (and stick) to your unique path to success.
The Get Out of Overwhelm, Overwork and Over It Challenge is a
FREE 5 Day Facebook Challenge
That starts on Monday, December 16th.
During this time we will…
The goal is to prepare you to create your IDEAL business!
Who needs another challenge,
You do. This is why…
To go anywhere you need to know where you are now. You need to commit to going there. And, you need to know the roadblocks and diversions along the path.
Listen, it is so easy to get distracted with everything going on during the holiday season. We get it. But it’s also a great time to reflect on your business and as you’re making New Year’s Resolutions maybe this year is the year you focus on business growth. Because if your business grows so will you. Professionally and personally.
So, we’re going back to the basics. We’re going to get you thinking about your IDEAL business, the business you started in your head and in your heart. The reason you’ve allowed yourself to get overwhelmed and overworked. Nothing is more important than recommitting to your bigger vision. Because it’s the only thing that will sustain you when the going gets hard. And it will. Again and again.
As the old saying goes, you plan your work and work your plan. That is the true path to success and freedom, and your way out of overwork and overwhelm.
So, mark your calendar for December 16th to December 20th.
Commit to showing up.
Be prepared to do the Challenge.
If you do, I promise you will see a shift in your business. And dare I say, your life.
Ring in the new year with a conviction, commitment, and confidence in your business!
We’re going to spend 5 days working ON your business and making sure it is set up for growth. And success.
We will take simple yet focused steps that are designed to help you lay your business foundation.
You’ll learn how to set priorities, organize your steps and allocate your time. You’re going to learn how to say NO to things that steer you off course.
Best of all, you’ll learn how to show up as the best version of your business and yourself. Ethically. In integrity. Without any fluff.
We are going to focus on what works for you and only what works. We’ll look at what is right in front of you – one step at a time, to completion.
I’ll share proven exercises to stay mentally, emotionally, and spiritually on track during the entire process. These are business disciplines you must develop to create a successful business.
Plus, I’ll be coaching you throughout the 5 days as you start to develop your goals, decide on brand positioning, choose marketing strategies, and begin tactical implementation as you get into action. You won’t be doing this alone.
My favorite part is bringing amazing women together so we can all support one another. Brilliance loves company!
This Challenge is perfect for you if:
You are a coach or consultant who has tried turning your passion or expertise into profit without success.
You have had some sales success, but they’ve come at a price and you’re exhausted.
You know you can’t continue talking to everyone hoping someone will say yes.
You’ve taken a shotgun approach to your branding and marketing and you realize you’ve skipped a few steps.
You know you need to go back to go forward, but how far back do you really need to go?
You’ve tried every kind of coaching support, but nothing has clicked because they didn’t feel in integrity with what they were trying to achieve.
You realize you’ve been trying to create everyone else’s business. But not your own. So it doesn’t feel like anything you’re actually connected to.
You’re thinking, “I’m smart, why isn’t this working? Why is this so hard?”
You’ve lost your why. You’ve lost yourself. You’ve lost your confidence.
You’re finally ready to get started at the beginning to put the proper pieces in place, in the right order.
You’re willing to suspend judgement and actually do the work.
You struggle with telling people what you do with confidence and/or can’t answer fundamental questions about your business.

I am so glad I participated in Abigail May Teifenthaler’s 5 Day “Get Out of Overwhelm, Overwork, and Over It,” Challenge. I was not overwhelmed before starting the challenge but decided to participate to see what it was all about. The program content led me to profound insights into honing and strengthening my current branding and business strategies. It was evident during the challenge that Abigail’s warm, sincere, caring and intelligent approach to business and branding guided the participants toward achieving their goals and brought clarity and creative solutions that work. She’s a keeper!
TOUGH TALK FROM SOMEONE
WHO’S BEEN THERE.
I’m Abigail and I get it. I’ve been exactly where you are and I’ve found my way to the other side.
I’ve failed multiple times getting my consulting business to the place I considered successful. What made it even more shameful was that I had a thriving 15-year corporate career and had created a 7-figure promotional products business on my own. Yet nothing I did brought in consistent consulting clients and consistent money.
My mistake was listening to online experts who focused on the steps to implementing the latest digital trend that would supposedly bring me 6 figures fast. And I’ll admit it…I figured why pay for support when I’ve already created a successful business. Plus, I had extensive branding, marketing and sales expertise, but that didn’t help. Then, I worked 1:1 with coaches trying to find the “right message” or the “right niche” and became more confused. I couldn’t connect the recommendations and guidance with my bigger vision. I wasn’t sure what to do first or next.
So I kept collecting programs and praying the next one would be the one that makes it all make sense.
What made it all worse was that these experts were teaching strategies that were not aligned with what I believed or knew to be true. I started questioning my own expertise.
I was a strategist and I wasn’t hearing anything about strategy or positioning. Was what I had been taught no longer applicable? Had things changed that much?
I was scared. I was overwhelmed.
I lost my confidence.
I kept looking for solutions. Because it wasn’t in me to give up. The “Aha” moments finally came. Once I figured them out, I got clear. I got focused. I regained control of my business. I started to see success.
I was an expert in my field and I knew the world needed my expertise. I was ready, even though I didn’t know everything. I realized that I didn’t want an online business; I needed to include online marketing as part of my overall marketing plan. And, I saw that in this fast-moving business world I needed to continually evaluate and figure out what wasn’t working. As quickly as I could.
Shifting my thinking made me a more focused business owner. And what we focus on grows!
Getting clear, creating focus, getting structured, developing a process, and working my plan, which included outsourcing, were fundamentals that made my marketing more consistent. My sales conversations more successful. And my business feels more alive.
We focus on what works and only what works for you. We take an honest look at what is right in front of you – one step at a time, to completion.
